Unopened and undamaged products are returnable in their original packaging are restocked for sale.
Open edible products are only available for exchange permitting you pay for shipping expenses.
To make a return, take our three easy steps:
- Call customer service 800-631-9495 Mon thur Fri 9-9, Sat & Sun 9-5 ET or email returns@petsplususa.com.
- Obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA), Place the original packing slip into the return packaging and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.

All refunds will be credited to the credit card used at the time of purchase within six (6) business days upon receipt of returned merchandise. You will be responsible for the return postage unless an error occurred on our part.
