How To Order:
Placing an order is pretty simple, find the items you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart then check out. Please create an account so you will not have to enter your shipping and billing information on future purchases.
Adjusting An Order:
Editing a purchase cannot be accomplished after check out. Please contact our shipping department at orders@petsplususa.com, please keep in mind if your order has been shipped we are not able to edit it, but while in our warehouse we are more than happy to accommodate your pet’s needs.

Pennsylvania Customers Tax Rates:
Residents of Pennsylvania are subject to state sales taxes. Taxes will not be assessed to locations outside of Pennsylvania
- Philadelphia 8%
- Allegheny County 7%
- All Other Pennsylvania Regions 6%
- All Other States, No Sales Tax Apply

Orders placed before placed prior to 12PM EST are pick; packaged and shipped the same day for your pet’s convenience, orders placed after are processed the very next day.
Don’t be alarmed!
All orders we shipped out are packaged in used boxes, which pass our quality inspections. We reuse, reduce & recycle at our facilities. PetsPlusUSA.com believes in nurturing our planet.
Shipping Services:
We employ UPS & USPS as our shipping couriers; real time shipping rates are given at check out. Shipping rates vary on location, weight and size of packaging.
Tracking Your Orders:
Once your ordered has been placed. We will send an email containing your order’s tracking number.
