We will provide you a return authorization and special instructions for returning the product. Your credit card will be credited upon return of the

Most orders ship within 24 hours. If we are unable to ship your order within 24 hours, a representative will contact you to
advise you of the delay.
We currently ship anywhere in the 48 contiguous states. Special arrangements may be made to ship items to Hawaii and Alaska. Please contact us for

All dog and cat food orders will be shipped from zipcode 19044. Items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor. For your
convenience, our delivery service will deliver your package to your door without requiring a signature.
SHIPPING METHODS
All orders within the continental US are shipped United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Post Office (USPS). Orders
shipped to a PO Box will always be shipped via USPS. We offer the following shipping services:
Ground (shipped via UPS or USPS) - delivery within 2-8 business days
2 Day Delivery - your order will be delivered within 48 hours
3 Day Delivery - your order will be delivered within 72 hours
4 Day Delivery - your order will be delivered within 4 business days
SHIPPING CHARGES
All shipping charges are calculated based on the purchase amount of the order and the shipping method chosen. Your shipping charges will be
clearly presented prior to confirming your order.
Some heavy items may carry a shipping surcharge. This surcharge will be clearly noted in the item's description. There is NO shipping surcharge
for any dog or cat food orders.
